    With clear notes on any assumptions, ready for your final sign-off.

04Data protection

Confidentiality is part of the contract, not an afterthought.

  1. 01A GDPR-aligned Data Processing Agreement is signed before any work begins.
  2. 02We work inside your own software wherever possible, so data stays in your systems.
  3. 03Access is limited to the people working on your files, and removed when the work ends.
  4. 04Files are shared only through secure, encrypted channels.
  5. 05We are happy to complete your compliance or IT due-diligence questionnaire before we start.
