For accounting firms White-label  /  Your software  /  Your templates

Qualified capacity for your practice, under your name.

Add qualified accountants to your practice without adding permanent headcount. We work in your software, on your templates and under your brand. Your clients only ever deal with you.

  1. 01Invisible to your clients
  2. 02The same people on your files
  3. 03A second review on every file

01The challenge

More work, and fewer people to do it.

Qualified accountants are hard to hire and harder to keep, and salaries have risen faster than fees.

Making Tax Digital for Income Tax began on 6 April 2026 for sole traders and landlords with qualifying income over £50,000, and the threshold drops to £30,000 in April 2027. That means quarterly updates for a growing share of your clients.

We give you trained, qualified capacity that slots into your existing workflow, so you can take on more clients and give partners more time for advisory work.

02How we work with you

Your processes. Your brand. Our work behind the scenes.

  1. 01White-label, always. All work goes out under your firm's name. We never contact your clients.
  2. 02The same people every week. On the dedicated model you get a named accountant who learns your clients and preferences. No rotation.
  3. 03Your templates and checklists. We follow your file structure, working-paper format and review points.
  4. 04You stay in control of submissions. We file with HMRC and Companies House only on your instruction, or hand everything back for you to submit.
03Engagement models

Three ways to work together. Use one, or combine them.

ModelHow it worksBest for
Ad hoc supportSend work as and when it comes up. Billed for the work done.Overflow, busy season, one-off projects
Dedicated accountantA named, qualified person working only for your firm, full-time or part-time.A steady monthly workload and long-term capacity
Fixed monthly scopeAn agreed list of deliverables each month for a fixed fee, reviewed if volume changes.Predictable volumes and budgeting certainty

Fees depend on volume and complexity. We send a written proposal after a short call.

04Getting started

A simple route from first call to first file.

  1. Step 1

    Introductory call

Your practice, client mix, software and where you need help most.

  2. Step 2

    Proposal and agreement

A written proposal, then the engagement letter and the Data Processing Agreement.

  3. Step 3

    Set-up

Your accountant is assigned, access is arranged, and we walk through your templates.

  4. Step 4

    Ongoing work

Regular delivery, a single point of contact and clear progress updates.

05Data and GDPR

Your clients trust you with their data. We keep that trust.

  1. 01A GDPR-aligned Data Processing Agreement is signed before any file moves.
  2. 02We work inside your software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS and others) wherever possible, so data stays in your systems.
  3. 03Access is role-based, limited to the people on your files and removed when work ends.
  4. 04Files travel only through secure, encrypted channels, and are used only for the agreed work.
  5. 05We will complete your compliance or IT due-diligence questionnaire before we start.
06Questions

What practices usually ask.

Do we need to change our software or processes?

No. We work in your existing software and follow your templates, checklists and review process.

Will our clients ever be contacted by you?

Never. The service is white-label: all work goes out under your firm's name, and every client conversation stays with you.

Who will we communicate with?

One point of contact for day-to-day work, and direct access to a senior manager for anything that needs escalating.

How quickly can we start?

Once a proposal is agreed, set-up depends mainly on software access and the size of the first batch of work. We agree a start date with you in the proposal.

What if we only need help during busy season?

That is what ad hoc support is for. Send work when you need it, and we scale with your workload.
